The legendary ensemble Terem Quartet in its new audio album "Russian Paintings" turned a creative crossover look at classical music. What are the names alone: "Fugue - dance" on the theme of the fugue C-dur BWV 953 by I.S.Bach, or "Pyotr Ilyich walks on the Fontanka" on the theme "Seasons" by P.I. Tchaikovsky. The Terem quartet and the works of N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov, S.V. Rachmaninov, Y. Sibelius, V. Gavrilin, J. Gershwin did not ignore Terem. As always, the interpretations are bright, talented and tasteful.
